We are excited with the very talented presenters joining us for CakeCruise 2010 - Alaska.

Joining us for their first CakeCruise we are excited to welcome  Marina Sousa and James Roselle.  Our CakeCruisers provide valuable feedback after each cruise in additiona to suggesting who they would like to see on future CakeCruises.

We are also excited to have Norman Davis and Zane Beg joining us again.

SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES
We will be offering Presentations and Hands-On Classes during this CakeCruise. With an Alaskan itinerary, the destination is as important as the CakeCruise activities. We are very mindful of this when putting together the Schedule of Activities. The final Schedule will be listed here during January 2010.

We are hoping to be offering 3 presentations in the Culinary Arts Center (a fabulous venue) in addition we are hoping to be offering 2 hands-hands on classes from each of our presenters.

There will be a seperate charges as set by the presenters for their hands-on classes. Classes will have limited capacity and will be offered in order of registration.

Our presenters wish to offer presentations and hands-on classes that are current and using the latest techiques, so we will not be providing any details of the Presentations or Hands-On Classes at this early stage.
The Hands-On classes will be released just prior to the final payment due date and the hands-on classes will only be made available to guests who booked through this website and in the order of registration. Please note that for our 2009 CakeCruise, we had 140 guests and while we had high hands-on class attendance, nobody missed out on their selections.
